The crew power raked the driveway and refinished it with fresh rock. With this job wrapped up, their next stops were a larger landscaping project and two more driveway refreshes.

While the homeowners were on vacation, Labrador Trucking created a winding decorative river using white crystal and black granite. Black mulch, boulders, plants and flowers frame the stonework, with solar lights for the evening. A custom-built bridge crosses the river and leads into the woods. The work also included preparation for future hydroseed, a gazebo pad and a shed pad.

The skid steer went to work on this overgrown Rusagonis property, clearing up the yard and preparing it for its next stage. Labrador Trucking completed the landscaping and ground preparation; the Facebook post credits All-Scape & Design for the hydroseeding.

This five-day project involved hauling in fill, lowering high ground at the front and reshaping the property. The crew removed a dump-truck load of debris, cleaned both ditches and sloped the steep roadside bank. Hand-laid R5 rock formed a ditch between neighbouring properties at different elevations. Turbo Hydroseeding & Landscapes was scheduled to handle the hydroseeding.

Working within a strict budget, the crew cut and moved ground to reshape the property, then finished it with fresh soil. Hauling started Monday and the job was completed Wednesday, as planned. All-Scape & Design handled the hydroseeding. The later update shows the lawn grown in, with the homeowners keeping it watered as it established.

While the homeowners were away, Labrador Trucking prepared pads for a gazebo and a new deck, regraded the backyard and spread fresh topsoil. The crew also widened the driveway, dealt with the weeds and added crushed rock, giving the owners a refreshed property to come home to.

The owners reported a sump pump running almost constantly. Labrador Trucking found the yard sloping toward the house, with additional runoff arriving from the woods. The crew lowered and regraded the ground, moved roughly 230 tons of soil and used it to extend the backyard. A river-rock ditch redirected water around the home. Their post reported that the sump pump had stayed off during the following few days.

Ground preparation and topsoil spreading gave this Waasis property a fresh starting point. The finished photo shows the prepared lawn area alongside the gravel driveway, ready for hydroseeding.

Working through the weekend and into the evenings, the crew built a wedding pad and scenic walkway in time for the celebration. Platinum White and Black Granite gave the woodland setting a bright, finished surface.

The later update shows how this front property came together after the ground was reshaped. Labrador Trucking credits the homeowner’s watering, fertilizing and continued care for bringing the new lawn along.

The crew lowered high areas, cleared overgrowth and reshaped the steep roadside ditch to guide water away from the property. The first photo shows early work; the team noted that they missed a full before photo. Heavy rain later caused some washout at the bottom of the ditch, while the rest of the regraded property held up with little washout.
